Thank you for this. Many of us appreciate a fact-based approach to reporting versus the wacky conspiracy theories and unfounded accusations and slander aimed at our public servants and volunteers in town government that we see from other so-called local "journalists."
Are you kidding? The town manager cut the Fourth of July funding on purpose to try to push the override. He could have cut unessential services, like his 3.5 person HR department, but he did not. Some people think that your blog is politically biased, but the real problem is that you write down everything people say and take it at face value instead of recognizing that a lot of what is said is propaganda and purposely misleading.
