HULL — May 13, 2026 — The Hull Select Board solidified the town’s executive leadership on Wednesday night, voting unanimously to approve a three-year contract renewal for Town Manager Jennifer Constable following an executive session. The contract extension, which runs from August 17, 2026, through August 16, 2029, anchors Hull’s administration as the town prepares to embark on major municipal shifts, including the newly funded relocation of Town Hall to the middle school and an overhaul of the seasonal parking program.

The Full Story

The renewal of Town Manager Jennifer Constable’s contract capped off a busy meeting that blended long-term strategic planning with immediate operational adjustments for the upcoming summer season. Following a closed executive session to finalize terms, Select Board Chair Irwin Nesoff reconvened the public meeting to announce the three-year agreement.

“I want to thank the board as well for having the faith to extend the contract for three years, and I look forward to a very productive three additional years,” Constable stated following the announcement.

With leadership secured, Constable provided a critical update on the relocation of Town Hall to the Memorial Middle School. Following voter approval of the necessary funding at the Annual Town Meeting, town officials met with the Owner’s Project Manager (OPM) and architects to map out the next phases. The town plans to release project bid documents in July, aligning with the start of the new fiscal year once all secured funds are officially in place.
